Solution for COCAINE addiction?
Most of the “coca” leaf usead to make cocaine is grown in the colombian rainforest. AFter processing it is transported to nearby countries using bribes(usually ecuador or venezuela because of their close location) and shipped or flown out to the rest of the world. A report showed the growers of the coca leaf, and they were no more than men and women who were desperate for a little bit of money and some food to eat. I thought, If these people were promised a safe house away from the FARC guerrilla and a decent job with a decent salary, would they not take the chance?would this not stop the cocaine supply at least for a short amount of time??The colombian authorities, lately backed by war-hungry president George Bush, have fought for years with the Farc guerrillas, made up of thousands of people who know their territories better than they know the inside of their house. To me it would be a very interesting option to take these growers out of the chain. I believe it would be like capturing one of the heads of a terrorist organisation.Even if it may be for some time, the organisation would not work properly.
